WLD, it looks like you're grasping at straws now in your efforts to raise doubt. The last acts of a desperate man?

Regarding the PR in question:

"Medinah Mining, Inc. is intending to conclude a joint venture partnership for the purpose of continuing development of the recent
gold-copper discoveries at Alto de Lipangue and Las Dos Marias."

Yes, it's true the PR does not use the word "negotiations." Rather, it states that they are "intending to conclude a joint venture partnership." In this context, the word CONCLUDE means to "decide", "determine", or "come to an agreement about." (Webster's)

Since Medinah now intends to come to an agreement about a JV partnership, this implies that they have received offers and are in negotiations. But you know that. What is not known and cannot be disclosed at this time is what companies have made offers.

Was your employer angry with you for being suspended from SI for two days? Did you get chewed out? Is that why you're grasping at straws now, Wing-fat?

How's your other job going? Didn't you say you did telecommunications engineering? Right. Do you really expect people to believe that an engineer would spend his days and nights for months slamming two penny stocks he has no financial interest in? You have NO CREDIBILITY here.
