First, before commenting on the latest press release, I encourage everyone to copy and paste onto email and then run a "spellcheck". Amazing! When you read it, do you get the impression that GNNX is buying GNNX? Open Door is "multifaceted entertainment....professional recording studio and a state of the art multimedia Internet website" Wasn't that what we had already, a recording studio and had contracted with World Dot Com to build a website, all per previous releases. Do you suppose that Open Door did their negotiating without seeing current financial statements from GNNX? Did they see current sales numbers for the past 6 months? If so, why can't we? Also, needs shareholder approval! First one to get a proxy please let me know. Is this letter of intent as good as the previous three releases? Remember Erogenex (P/R dated 4/29), World Dot Com lists it as a client, but no Company name and no link like all the other clients. Is World going to still build gnnx a website, as contracted for in P/R dated 4/29? And wasn't gnnx going to merge with or acquire World Film Marketing per P/R dated 5/05? Does anyone really care if Logan or Conte are still managing? This Company is dead! And what happened to TNNS? It is dead! Any remaining shareholders need to get a grip on how they hope to get any return, as the deadline for compliance for public trading is coming up soon. Would the last one to post please turn off the lights?
