TSI officials also say that unlike New Era, which has grown aggressively through acquisitions, most of TSI's growth has come from internally generated sales. New Era declined to comment on the market share issue.

Sounds very familiar to Network Assoc. Most of thier growth was attributed to acquisitions rather then internal sales growth. Actually, the whole picture looks frighteningly similar to NETA. NETA hit a new high, retreated quite a bit and lingered in the 40's for a awhile. They then warned, and the stock got hit hard. Two weeks later they reported earnings, and the full extent of the situation was revealed. The stock got hammered further.

I REALLY don't like the ambiquity of their statement about sales. I'm out. Good luck all.
