The Question Before The Court... I no longer think MDIX is the Invisible Company, that implies it's a passive victim of an ignorant market. MDIX is the Hidden Company™. Four weeks ago today the company held its annual stockholders meeting. In four weeks it hasn't managed to put out a press release announcing the meeting or the results of the proxy votes. In four weeks MDIX hasn't put out a PR about the new directors and what they bring to the company. Most of us have assumed that our PR guy, Gene Martineau, is a neanderthal, knuckle dragging, drool down the chin, idiot. I think we should consider another theory; he's a loyal employee doing exactly what he's told. The question before this court of honorable stockholders is this: Why is MDIX hiding?
