K.Anders / Redwood Energy

I had prepared a lengthly reply but lost it in my bungling of the computer process. Here's a shorter version.

Another one I know very little about. I do know they are in bed with Canadian 88 Energy. That should be a plus over the longer term. However, the street has a negative perception of EEE at this moment and that might not bode well for Redwood. Personally. I like Greg Noval and feel he and the company will overcome the perception. However, that will take some time.

My single most concern here is how Redwood plans to support their drilling interests with Canadian 88 Energy --- since I have not performed any due diligence on the company. I suspect they would have to raise capital and therefore dilute shareholders interest. So, that's the first thing I would look at -- capital structure and cash requirements.

Next thing I would want to learn about is management. Thereafter it would be the fundamentals behind their operations.

So, again I can't really offer an opinion on the company. Sorry I couldn't help you out.
