David, good business man make sure they have the finances to back up grandiose plans. The mobile medical imaging business eats a lot of cash. (witness the 17 months of accounts receivable). I think the man is simply a lousy businessman, two faulty steps in such a short time (the medical imaging business and the floorless debentures), I would not think you will see any coatail on this guy. This company, IMHO, is a dead horse. Zeev
