That all depends on what time period you are looking at...on a weekly chart it looks great. The stock just got overbought and it sold off on news. I am in today at $6.10 and I will happily add more if it dips down another notch.

edit...in fact I would not even call that a "downward trend". I would look at it as a speculative blow off intermediate top...just ignore it and continue the uptrend.
