In answer to your questions
1. The telephone number works but only in the U.S. It does not work in Canada.

2. When I said the first I meant that this was the first news release that has been released since I started handling the Investor Relations for the company.

3. I don't know why the spread is so large. I have nothing to do with the market makers who set bid and ask prices.

4. UASG does not have a website but Akahi.com their wholly owned subsidiary does have a website.
