David, since we do not have access to their financials (I see no SEC filing through Yahoo), may be you can bring here few valuable data points, like number of shares outstanding, size of the debenture, cash in the bank (before and after debentures) and their quarterly burn rate (with and without the new mobile medical imaging acquisition).

David, you never gave us those updates, but in the meanwhile the bid is under $.20 and still going down. Do you still feel they will escape the fate of all floorless?
