They could have passed on the Medical deal but there was a dead line so they took this route.

Zeev, Do you have some recent "real world" examples of stocks for which your doomsday scenario played out true to form? I would be curious to follow the timeline in terms of stock price, when they were shorting and how much, etc. Your generalized step-by-step scenario is helpful but being able to view a real situation historically and look at the price at every juncture would be very interesting to those people like me who are new to this concept.
