Congratulations Scott!! I hit my threshold at just over 20, after holding this stock since the IPO (I bought bunches of it post IPO at much to high a price). I notice that the July 2 Zacks is showing 4 strong buy recommendations, up from 3 the prior week. (Average rating is 1.56 up from 1.81). With the new ING Barings report, this should make 5 strong buys. Rally time!!
