the significance of the recent ERCIY development is generally ignored here.

ERICY has decided to go with the wrong technology and it is costing them dearly. How many billions of kronas did that decision cost? Lars was the one responsible and Nilsson the goat. I think in the end, they must be surprised by the extent of the damage from that one decision.

ATT is next, facing the same decision. Not only do they have a dying technology, they don't even have a huge base that GSM has, nor do they have a niche product like Nextel to cater to specific business customers. So what should be their wireless strategy going forward?

How many points is that worth to QC when T finally succumbs to the CDMA camp?
