MOU= Memorandum of Understanding, Chisy. It lays the solid foundation for a firm, revenue producing contract. On extremely large deals like this, MOU's are often used as a major first step. The next step is to have the Pakistani Government choose the villages or regions that they wish to receive the clean water and power, and then to have WWAT geologists go in and do a site survey and initial testing. All that is imminent and well into the planning phase. It should happen soon.

After the geologists results are analyzed, the contracts are signed, and the revenues begin rolling in. The revenue stream should be consistent and powerful going forward, and no matter how one analyzes the worth of WWAT, it should multiply nicely from here.
