Chuck says the cycles call for a high on July 15-16 but he thinks that the high may come in a few days earlier because of the economic reports and he thinks the market will be quite overbought at that point. I would look to take some profits by Weds and see what happend. He says that after this period the market will head higher again. If Ralph Bloch is right, then we could really move up early next week.
