My point keeps getting lost in the back and forth - credibility and accuracy are one issue, and anti-social conduct is another. I have only protested the second consequence. I think people can lie perfectly well no matter what they call themselves.

I also think they are less likely to behave like jerks in public if their real name is readily available.

Now I will shut up again.
