Remember "staggerlee " \? I encourage anyone who cares to contact the Washoe County clerk and check on just how serious Medinah has been about this lawsuit. If they had picked a bigger fish than StaggerLee to launch this ridiculousness against, they would have found themselves on the wrong end of a countersuit. I also encourage anyone who cares to talk with Dayton's legal counsel about the other frivilous suits Medinah has filed. Not that it matters...I have now talked with three firms, one West Coast, two East Coast, about the other legal matter. Should have more to say next week. Have a good weekend!

TO ALL * I am posting this on both MDHM and NPEC threads. I don't post much anymore on either thread because I really cannot bear the thought of subjecting myself to being in the same place that Win-Lose -Draw, bully , J. Nelson, Bo Le and the other BASHERS/ LOSERS are. I came to the conclusion that it is a complete waste of time and effort to continue to respond and react to BASHERS/ LOSERS. My belief is that it is wise to just post nothing. Let them have the thread. MDHM and NPEC will do well on their own merits. * My updated predictions , given the JV MDHM and NPEC Metroplus /IPVC conclusions are the following. * MDHM within 4 months = 6.50 NPEC within 5 months 3.50.
