launch a promotional campaign to increase traffic and business to the

e-mail, the Company will launch a promotional campaign offering Cool Music!
Cool Movies! and Cool Games! The promotional campaign will involve three
phases starting July 15, 1999.

offering a free e-mail account to those who sign up. This marketing
promotion, along with many other programs that are to be launched like
