There is no argument from me that Microphonics has a great product. I think that fact is a given. The problem is that the PRs are just that PRs. They are generated by the company for the main purpose of exposing all the potential of the company. They serve to shed the best possible light on the company.

Audited financials show all the dirt beneath the fingernails (if there is any). Institutional investors will not pour money into any company that doesn't have audited financials no matter how many contracts they have.

That is why I and 95% of the people watching MRPS want audited financials. IMHO

Hard to get big-time investment and institutional buying without real financials. So while it has gone up without financials, the stock is now banging its head on the ceiling. Getting the financials out might help some sizable investors, partners, and buyers "raise the roof". That's just my two cents, which ain't worth a nickel, but at least we know what it's really worth. --Long Time Microphreak
