FWIW - should be receiving filing from trinity et al within one month at the latest based upon the pattern of filings in the past; ie large shreholder files with SEC - trinity et al usually files within one month or sooner. Will make a call to Thomas to find out what he is doing at the end of this month (July) if nothing has been filed by then. If I don't get an answer from Thomas I shall begin calling ALL of those other large holders of record in the latest filing and find out who exactly is accumulating flatly those million share blocks on an "even flat floor trade" ie no value change for the regular investors - like that 5+ million block trade from WISC to ?? was executed without going thru MMs - just "inhouse hand to inhouse hand". (from my local broker, who believes the recipient hand is trinity et al; also this brokerage house is the underwriter for CMLK and what used to be CML so they have a pretty good idea of what is going on with CMLK, better than most of us anyway) I'll call my broker Monday and ask him if he knows anything new; and get the numbers ready for all the other parties involved that I may have to call by the end of the month. Trinity et al was certainly busy June 19 FWIW :) :) This post is for note taking purposes only of activity to do and that has been done; history of investment to date. post not intended to lure unwitting nor undecided investors. :) Jacalyn
