Zeev, perhaps. I know that's how they presented themselves and it is plausible. But one can be convicted of manslaughter for engaging in behavior that one knew or should have known could result in death. So even if they truly didn't realize it, I think it's reasonable that they should have. Of course in the vast majority of cases, management is guilty of conspiracy to murder the stock price, not just manslaughter. The victim is just as dead either way though.

zeev, bde also has the ingredient of multiple posts stating
'everything has been converted, no risk left' :)

gmgc is another one where the 'longs' are always waiting with bated breath for the 'last convertible' to drop

it is interesting how the 'beneficiaries' of the convertible shares are now 'combating the negative press' :)
