Greed and fear,

I was just thinking, I am selling some Real Estate and was just thinking about the last 30 year .
Yes , I still work for a living, its the health insurance thing now days. I still love running the trains.

The main question is, where have I done the best over the last thirty years, for a investment.

and what do I do with the money for the next thirty.

its is a real problem. you can get interest, buy stocks, and yes land, gold, but where is the real investment, under what nut ???

here is a good read,
