I am not trying to rain on anyones parade but Rob told me 6 weeks ago that all they were waiting for was the go ahead from the Viet. Gov't. Immediately after that the power problem surfaced. My point? Be cautious. The key is volume on the upside.

Roddio, Sounds like we're ready to "Rock and Roll", it will be the dis-believers that miss the window of opportunity on this play, this could do a $4.00 or greater jump in one day...Actually, I expect trading to be halted on the news...and no opportunity for people to buy shares, until we've gapped up at least 4X from the current price, and they have to pay a lot more...
