I almost forgot the funniest quote of the day, yesterday.

Lawrence was in a ~3000 share position in some stock and offered some of the shares out on ISLD. As he intently stared at the screen he detected some desirable wiggle in the stock and started pounding out buy orders to get some more of the stock. A few seconds later, he looks over at me and says "I think I just hit my own offer!"

Well, I guess if you make 1000+ tickets every day you can afford to waste a couple!

Tradecast charts are currently inferior to RT3. This is not as true as it was only recently (because of upgrade), but it is still true. Tradecast is also not as flexible as other programs in terms of types of orders. I am speaking of listed orders in particular. They have a market on close order, but no market on open or limit on open. Additionally the portfolio management part of the package is not as strong as other programs(ie cybertrader). On the positive side it is pretty stable which if you are long/short the world can be helpful.
