Well it looks like the 90% loss I have sustained so far in this so-called investment is about to become next to nothing with the roll-back and then further dilution. Ah....to live in the past....(when I still had my several thousand dollar investment) ;>(

Thanks Chuck, just looked that up on the VSE web site as well. I am told that the problem with completing the filing IS DIRECTLY DUE to the problems with Oscar and the access to information, re: Taylor Rigs. I have not heard anything regarding any time line information. What a pain in the ass, here we go again with the delinquent filer thing, I was hoping we had finally seen the end of this recurring issue. Different reason this time, but still???
