Hello Vaughn, Shaw and Phillip,

Good one Vaughn, excellent verses. In addition to being an excellent detective, you are a great poet.

Shaw I guess we have to believe that they are as concerned about the share price as we are, since we have no other choice.

Phillip, that may be part of the reason SUF has been so quiet. Especially if DeBeers is holding back funds. Personally, I hope that SA sticks to their guns, even if it means that some funds to SUF are delayed a bit. I think that it is high time that DeBeers gets raked over the coals.

Cheers !!! Peter

If these remaining 25% of the diamonds are valuated and found
to be grossly undervalued by DeBeers, will Southern Era have
any legal recourse to compensation from DeBeers for basically
being underpaid for their diamonds or because De Beers sets the
price is Southern Era forced to accept this ? If this question was
answered in an earlier post, sorry, but hard to keep up with all
the reading sometimes.
