is fair to presume that one or more majors may be involved in current discussions. I disagree. If this is IBM, I say fine, chalk it up to poor English skills on the part of IR. But for a BB that repeatedly does not do what it says it will do, the fact that they weren't explicit means a great deal. Tbese clowns have hyped up any number of completely useless things; in this case what they don't say speaks very, very loudly. What is clear is that Medinah is in actual negotiations with one or more (unspecified) companies for the purpose of entering into a JV partnership agreement. In the strictest sense of the word, that may well be true, and I have said before that Medinah is quite capable of coming up with some kind of deal. Where we disagree - dramatically - is in the nature of the deal. They don't have CDCH sitting in the background for no reason, especially with all those post-reverse-split shares sitting unissued. :-)
