this has been talked about before on both SWS and NITE boards. SWS cannot sell their shares of NITE until 2003.

Rita you trader on the NITE thread already huh :) My question is - why would anyone dump NITE shares, preferred or not, prior to earnings when the OLB sector appears to be strong again? NITE is a strong company fundamentally and i've heard a strong earnings report is anticipated, at this point the upside for NITE is huge when the Barron's BS fades, look what Barrons did for AMZN - only added 50 pts after their article bashed the mighty Amazon. I'm long NITE on Monday when the pictures a little clearer. Dave
