On a similar thread to PWN and AACE, have you looked at Rent-A-Center(RCII) as a short. Short interest doubled last month that is how it caught my eye. Company has been acquiring companies left and right, debt/equity is almost 7 to 1, charge-offs are increasing and a number of other warnings signs like all of these lawsuit settlements which total close to $60 million. President resigned in April and has been selling stock in size. Thoughts?
