Have to agree with you in general on that one. Still far more trustworthy than the pink one.

However, when responding to a specific allegation (in this case, an innuendo), I'll bet they reseach their specific allegation and response fairly carefully, since they are putting their banking house's reputation on the line. Obviously far more carefully than Greenberg and The Scum.
