Ian;

Based on looking at the stock price action during Semicon for virtually all past years, we will see a significant run next week that will peak on Friday. I expect this to be a run to the 15-16 barrier level, possibly higher. Typically this will be followed by down phase into the end of July - first week of Aug. I have a few July 7.5's calls that I think I'll wait to unload on Friday.

Ian,

Where did this appear? I don't find it in the 1998 10-K.
Would these 447,569 shares have been distributed to all
current stockholders, and would it have diluted the share price?

Never seen anything quite like this, and not sure what to make
of it. Some analysis for the less well-informed (like me?)
