E when we go fishing out here, I have a friend who likes to free dive. As we troll in close to shore for salmon,he will jump over in his wetsuit (the water temp is 52 degrees out here) and get abalone. He also spear-fishes for halibut. I would join him but I personally think he is frickin nuts! The area we fish in is a known Great White breeding area. Actually saw one up close muching a 1500lb elephant seal. Thats when I said Ill DRIVE you DIVE!!!!!!

Gosh its been a while since we last spoke!!!!! LOL
