*I have been following VARL since July 1995*

I originally purchased a position in late 1996. I have experienced the same psychology as you . . .

*I am in agreement that this stock will be much higher but the time frame involved will be much longer than you anticipate.*

I have followed the components industry closely for some time now and feel that VARL is the best idea going. From my research I am aware of many catalysts (some of which I have detailed in the past on this thread) that you will never hear from the company or analysts. All I can say now is that I have a gargantuan position in the stock with an average cost basis in the high $7 range. I would not risk the capital that is at stake without extreme conviction. The earnings will soon begin to sing . . . I have a short list of large contracts that VARL is likely to land (if it hasn't already) in opteoelectric, handset VCOs, commercial components, and Mil/Aero.

I suspect the good news this quarter will center on progress in several areas, but especially in Mil/Aero. LMDS and opteoelectric announcements are probably a stones throw away.

Take a look at my stock price justification in the past with the subscriber example I posted.

Also go to the following post to see why I think the base station (commercial components) could explode

I could babble more, but I'm sure you folks would fall asleep from the minutia.

Raw earnings will drive this stock higher.
