Your Honor, the mayor, I concur; The time is ripe. Let hardy souls invest heartily and with confidence. Bargains don't last forever. When I first heard of Yahoo in its infancy, I laughed (no scoffed) at another "crowder" into the already overcrowded Internet market place, and with a name like Yahoo - forget it.
