Floyie, membership in Country Clubs is very valuable in the Far East,... in fact it's an asset that can be bought and re-sold, as there are a limited number of such Memberships. Like in the USA where many Business people make their deals on the Golf Course, in the Far East, it's done at the Country Club. It's a necessary and legitimate expense for any respectable Company, like ZSUN is... For the rest of your questions, I'd be very happy to help, except that I don't know the answers.
