Whilst everything is conjecture at this point, the current scenario does present an opportunity to evaluate the strength of NITE. Given that the stock sold off Friday, seemingly on rumours of a non-event, it should be expected that there is a gap up Monday. It the stock moves forward from there and gains strength throughout the day, closing near its highs, then it maybe safe to get in for a short earnings play. If there is selling into strength, then its apparent (at least to me) that all is not right. If it closes below opening price ... its toast !! JMHO Stephen
