Mike, I understand the mis-understanding due to non-real time disucssions<G>. Not only that, written words can be interpreted so many ways too. BTW, the government(if it comes to regulation) will be the one to set the fees that AT&T can charge to the ISPs & AOL. They can't calculate the cost of a toilet seat. Can you imagine the years it would take to do an access fee via an HFC cable plant!? I dread the thought and wasted years. Hope it never comes to this. MikeM(From Florida)
