I think the sellers are just about out. Looking for some breathing room over the weekend, and some movement next week.

Lawsuits, so what! This happens all the time when a stock takes a dive like this. It's no different than some "toxic gas" being released into the air for 10 minutes, and now we have some "class action lawsuit" and attorneys looking for clients to represent so they can make some money. I am sure they will be sending out packages shortly that YOU MAY BE ENTITLED TO MONEY.....have a good weekend all. jmo

Looking back NOW, I certainly would have done the same thing.
Sure, I've taken profits on stocks that have gone up before. But
was it because of the stock rising or...

The key point here, IMO, is a little blurb in a press release dated
yesterday, 7/12/99. ......in a subsequent conference call, NEON
admitted it had trouble closing sales with IBM, by far it's largest customer." Where does the IBM situation stand? "Trouble closing sales" is an ugly phrase when talking about such a huge chunk of your business.

Granted, coincidence is a possibility. But 6 insiders all having a
sell limit in around the same time, AND NEON's biggest customer now
appears to be its' biggest problem?

Seems like it would be easier to name the law firms NOT starting
a class-action suit against NEON. I sold a substantial amount of my
stock today. After reading the IBM thing last night, I honestly
don't think there will be any cheery news on the 20th. Who knows,
the stock may surge tomorrow, just to prove me wrong, (certainly won't be the first time I've been totally wrong!), but, IMO
this is gonna take a LONG time for NEON to straighten out.

Regards,

Doug
