It was founded by a former AT&T employee, and offers flat rate long distance phone service via computer for $10/month in the US and Canada. It has various contracts and is looking to expand overseas. People who have tried it say it works great, but doesn't have quite the quality of your local carrier. You can wear a headphone and surf the internet while talking. But why do I really like it? It is a BB stock, company has 10 employees, and one of the 10 does only SEC filings and the like.
