Not at all. Just because he down't invest in hedge funds or private placement funds doen't mean he isn't involved in a short fund either as an invester or a condultant at all. Or, that jim Cramer or anyone else there isn't. It also doesn't address familly members. There are a million loopholes in those cleverly chosen words. IMO <"Herb Greenberg writes daily for TheStreet.com. In keeping with TSC's editorial policy, he doesn't own or short individual stocks, though he owns stock in TheStreet.com. He also doesn't invest in hedge funds or other private investment partnerships. He welcomes your feedback at herb@thestreet.com. Greenberg also writes a monthly column for Fortune" ?
