Bobs: Re NXL i'd recommend waiting on until it settles down. It has been particularly volitile recently and i suspect sub group may be going/is out of favor. I trade based on technicals and am getting sell signals on KIM; FRT; NXL - all are mainly shopping center REIT's - and i suspect that someone/trend is to get out of them. Technically, i'd wait until NXL at least bounces off it's low of around 18 before i'll consider buying it back. My opinion only. jim garrison
