Moose, Hi!!! DELL will enter that high end service for the enterprise systems soon...IMO this is an area where they have a distinct advantage...read Michael's book and you'll know more of what I mean...or read the Virtual Integration article from the Harvard Business Review...as a matter of fact..read it ten times and you'll find so many opportunities for DELL to "sell" information .... $640 billion in annual revenue in the service end is a figure I stole from Meathead...Imagine DELL gaining umpteen % of this in whatever years..I believe DELL has an advantage....they need the employees...trained with DELL's culture...uuuummmm any one need a job?
