No, it was a search engine, sort of like metacrawler, but it changed its name and symbol. It was based in Florida, never answered its phone calls and had 4 employees. Was always going to "release earnings at the end of February".....
Really has nothing to do with this, except it was a little known entity that had big claims. Maybe there are isps out there in a similar situation (though a tad bit more respectable. <g>
