Repro-Med and McKinley Sign Definitive Agreement for
Marketing of Freedom60(R) Infusion System Worldwide

CHESTER, N.Y., July 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Repro-Med Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of medical
devices for the hospital and home-care today announced that it has entered into a Definitive
Agreement with McKinley Medical, LLLP, an international supplier of IV infusion systems, to
market Repro-Med's Freedom60 Infusion System in the U.S. and international IV therapy markets.
Financial terms of the agreement were not released.

This definitive agreement gives McKinley exclusive worldwide rights to distribute Repro-Med's
current portable, reusable infusion system called the Freedom60 as well as certain rights to
Repro-Med's next generation intravenous infusion therapy systems including an electronic version
under development to be released in the next quarter for the hospital and home care markets.
McKinley plans to aggressively launch the Freedom60 through its network of distribution partners
worldwide. In order to maintain exclusivity, McKinley must maintain sales performance levels for
the duration of the agreement.

''The addition of the Freedom60 confirms our commitment to be the leading provider of infusion
systems designed to meet the varying demands of our domestic and global customers,'' said Randy
Hoffman, Pharm.D., Vice President Sales and Marketing for McKinley Medical. ''No other
company can rival our portfolio of cost-effective, simple-to-use, high-performance electronic and
disposable delivery devices,'' Hoffman continued.

The Freedom60 is a non-electronic, reusable syringe infuser designed for precision-delivery of
single medication doses. Featuring a proprietary pumping mechanism, this system applies continuous
pressure to deliver antibiotics, chemotherapeutic agents and other medications requiring
administration at controlled infusion rates. The Freedom60 is designed to infuse up to 60 cc of
medication from a standard, disposable syringe over 30 minutes to 24 hours.

''We've always believed that we had the ideal delivery system and destined to become the 'gold
standard' for effective low cost infusion therapy,'' said Marion Howarth, Vice President Sales for
Repro-Med Systems, Inc. ''Repro-Med can now offer its state-of-the-art infusion technologies
through McKinley's focused, knowledgeable worldwide distribution network,'' Howarth said.

Repro-Med Systems, Inc. of Chester, New York, designs, develops and manufactures specialty
products for emergency-care, hospital, home care markets and for direct patient use. These include
the Res-Q-Vac® Emergency Suction System, the Plus® resuscitator, RESTORE® for male
