< I mean, you folks do realize that all this is tantamount to publicly accusing Mr. Greenberg of criminal fraud, do you not?>

Really? I thought everyone here was either expressing an opinion or asking Mr. Greenberg to clarify his position without hiding behind such a loose disclaimer. In either case. Mr. Greenbers article was tanamount to the same thing. Further, what he did hurt a lot of investors and was timed perfectly to do so. He either DOES have an axe to grind. Or, he is simly incometent and a rumor mongor easily led by the nose by people short the stock. I mean, who do you think gave him this alleged conspiracy?

Kevin, God forbid! I would never think of such a thing. I am surprised that you would. It was merely a request for a fuller disclosure. Let's not get carried away!

Now Mr. Wexler is in on it. From his thread:

~~~
Wexler goes short WAVX and IDTC.
As I have stated many times before, I don't short net stocks with very rare exceptions. These exceptions are the companies that attempt to position themselves as internet or e-commerce concerns, but really aren't (EGGS being a great example, and a very profitable short).
I've been following the IDTC saga for some time now, and it has become clear that fraud and underhanded dealings have tainted the company. The cultlike following and excessive promotion on message boards also raises concerns. The Net2phone IPO is a huge red herring, since the technology is lousy and its business just plain sucks.
