I think antisense holds great promise, so this company ought to have a lot of intrinsic value. The reason for the low stock price recently is that their 10Q states that they'll run out of money at the end of this month. Investors are worried about what will be done to raise new money: the spectre of dilution looms ominously. If they can solve their cash needs without too much dilution, the stock price will rebound.
