What are we missing here? From what the PR people said the contract announcement will be in an area slightly north of 50 million and slightly south of 100 million...If that is true (and the PR people seem to be telling the same story to everyone who calls)why isn't this stock at $5 right now unless there really is no contract forthcoming, and, at this juncture, it's just slightly more than wishful thinking...ie, the system is being "tested" with no firm commitment...etc. Secondly, why would the PR firm give out that type of information...I mean, shouldn't they wait until they have an approved press release and it's been sent to the appropriate people for publication?? What gives here..Any ideas?
