I do know they have been working on turning making this deal a viable concern for the last 4 years and they just hired OTC Financial Network to get their story out because they feel the timing is right. REMEMBER TIMING IS EVERYTHING. There 10k should be out in the next week and it will probably have the background of management. Stay tuned.

I know a little about the CEO Dale Doner, like everyone else in the stock market there are good stories and bad stories... but in my opinion he is a very sharp and astute man, he is not a novice in putting companies together and executing a business plans.
