It sure sounds funny.....I have no idea if its true, but, IMO, it sounds like the Company is just kinda giving up, rolling over and playing dead???
Seems like they had something in Taylor Riggs, and there seemed to be prospects of business....and the whole energy business seems to be waking up, couldn't WRN take advantage of this with Taylor and its other subsidiaries???
Very strange in my book.......and now they want a, in my book, very severe reverse split??????????
In my experience reverses have been very detrimental to current shareholders......the shares consolidate, no news, and I have seen them trickle back down or near to their old lows....so whaddya got??
Less shares at the same price???

I agree totally, I thought Oscar only owned about 23% with WRN owning the rest? I do recall though something about voting rights being closer to an even split! Anyone remember?

Taylor should be the cash cow of WRN's herd (looks like Alamo's gone for good too), looks like new management has not done a great job after Mark left.

They should get off their duff and perform! JMHO!!!! ;>)
