Bill Pierson (Yelohobie) suggested you contact me about joining the email group. I make the decisions not Bill. If you had contacted me, I would have refused your request to join.

As I have said many times, everyone has a right to express their opinion regarding NVXE. It is a matter of how one expresses that opinion. That is why Surfca2, Yelohobie and others who have expressed disappointment and frustration with the company from time to time were invited to join, and are presently members, of the email group. We have all expressed disappointment at times because the business plan did not come together as fast as we would have liked. However, we don't initiate attacks on individuals and we don't lower ourselves to using gutter phraseology as you seem prone to do. I know of at least one female investor who actually contacted the company to complain about your totally classless post.

The bottom line is that the company is in possession of both of your posts wherein you said NVXE was a scam. It will be interesting to see what, if anything, they choose to do with that information. I think that a company that provides 3D content for Hawaiian Tropic and others would disagree with your assessment.

Pump? Is posting what one learns about a company from due diligence pump in your mind? Do you make all of your investment decisions based upon what is posted on public internet forums? Do you ever pick up the telephone and call a company before you invest in it? Do you to talk to their clients and suppliers? Do you visit the company and see their product? If not, you may want to reconsider investing in BB stocks as the risk of failure in start-up companies is very high.
