I have a feeling that Cramer's bit about NITE has to be taken in context of the rest of the article where he speaks of bullshit rumors like IBM merging with Lexmark, or AT&T buying Lucent. The last sentence ("OK, here's another one...") about NITE can be taken as just another bullshit rumor. Either that, or he is covering his behind ("Hey, I was only joking") if there is no such Barron's article.
